Contact us
Email support@stricktech.com.
We reply within one business day, Monday through Friday. To get help fastest, include:
- the name of the application and its version number, shown under Settings, then About
- your device model and operating system version
- what you were doing when the problem happened
- a screenshot or screen recording if you have one
Report a bug or request a feature
Same address. Bug reports go straight to the engineer who wrote the code, not to a queue. Feature requests are read and tracked, though we cannot promise every one gets built.
Delete your data
Our applications do not use Strick Tech accounts. Where an application syncs, it stores your content in your own private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit, so you control it directly and we never hold a copy.
Inside the application. Delete individual items, or use the reset or delete all data option where the application offers one.
From iCloud. Open device Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage, select the application, and delete its data. This removes it from every device signed in to that Apple Account.
Everything at once. Delete the application and then delete its iCloud data using the steps above.
Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that separately in device Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Request a copy of your data
Your content is already in your own iCloud account, and where an application offers an export or share option you can pull a copy out from inside it. If you want to know what personal information we hold about you, email privacy@stricktech.com and we will answer within 30 days at no charge. In almost every case the answer is that we hold nothing beyond any support email you have sent us.
Subscriptions and billing
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us.
- To cancel: open device Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select the application, then cancel. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- To request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. Apple makes refund decisions. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases, though we are happy to help you make the case.
- To restore purchases on a new device: open the application, go to Settings, then tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Common fixes
The application will not open or crashes at launch. Force quit, then reopen. If that fails, restart the device, then check for an application update in the App Store. If it still crashes, email us the device model and operating system version.
My content is missing. Confirm the device is signed in to the same Apple Account you used when the content was created, that iCloud is turned on for the application in device Settings, and that the device has a network connection. Sync can take a moment to catch up after a long period offline.
A purchase did not unlock. Use Restore purchases from within the application. If that does not resolve it within a few minutes, email us with the date of purchase.
